Blessed Creations Online Return & Refund Policy

We hope you LOVE your purchase.  However, we know that sometimes problems arrive and an exchange is necessary. Online purchases are eligible for Online Credit ONLY – no cash refunds.

All discounted items from SALES, CYBER MONDAY, or DISCOUNT CODES THAT ARE 30% OR MORE – as well as CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

FOR ONLINE CREDIT

Returns must be received by Blessed Creations Online within 14 days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions. This gives our customers time to decide if they are satisfied with their purchase.

Returns must be in like new condition. Returned items that appear to have been heavily used or stained will be refused. If refused, we will inform you by email. You may then choose to have it sent back to you at your expense OR donate it.  After 30 days, any refused returns that we have will be donated to a local charity of our choice.

Online store credit cannot be issued until the return is received.

To make a return, simply contact us and we will make arrangements to make it right.

Return packages must include original packing slip to ensure processing.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a method of shipment that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options).  Blessed Creations Online is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping company.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process it, but we aim to be much faster than that! You will be issued an online code via email in the amount of purchase (less any shipping) to use online for purchasing on our ecommerce website.

If you believe the item you ordered was damaged or defective prior to receipt, please email us immediately and we will address it. All damaged claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT WILL BE EMAILED TO CUSTOMERS IN THE FORM OF AN ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATE THAT CAN THEN BE USED ON THE WEBSITE.
